Why TASTY LOW CARB MEALS?

My goal is to help people to live more healthy lifestyles through good diet and fitness. I have always had a passion for food ever since I could remember. I enjoy preparing single meals for myself or meals for a group of friends.  I have taken numerous cooking classes at Kendall College and other cooking classes in the Chicagoland area.

 

I have noticed that a lot of meals and recipes contain a lot of carbs. I got tired of that “bloated heartburn feeling” after eating a high carb dinner. When I started following a low carb diet, my energy soared and the heartburn went away.

 

WHY Do I WANT TO HELP PEOPLE

More and more “Baby Boomers” are looking for ways to stay healthy and fit. They are concerned about medical problems plaguing their lives later on especially after dealing with the health problems of their parents and other loved ones. Baby boomers, millennials and people in general want to live healthier lifestyles and avoid hospitals if they can.

I want to provide a culinary-friendly site where people can look for healthy low carb recipes and share recipes of their own that can be prepared easily inside of an hour. I really believe that a good healthy lifestyle begins with a sensible diet and moderate exercise.
