Spinach,Bacon and Cheddar Omelet
Ingredients
- 1/2 of fresh spinach leaves
- 3 or 4 pieces of turkey bacon
- 1/4 of shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 0r 4 large eggs
Instructions:
- Scramble eggs and add the rest of the ingredients
- place on a hot non-stick pan coated with olive oil
- Cook until everything is set
- Flip the omelet over and cook on the other side
The best way to cook the omelet if you don’t know how to flip is break it in half to and then flip each side.
