Pork Satay

Delicious, nutritious, and a real crowd pleaser. Perfect for super bowl parties and impromptu get togethers.  The real trick was to keep these low carb appetizers from disappearing from the plate.


  • 1/2 pound lean boneless pork loin roast
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated, peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • etc and more
