An easy to make high protein and low carb drink when you don’t have time for breakfast.
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons of Vanilla protein powder
- 4 or 5 whole cored strawberries
- 2 tablespoons Greek non-fat Yogurt
- 6 or 7 Ice cubes
Pour milk in with the other ingredients into a blender and mix for about 45 seconds.
