Fruit Smoothy

An easy to make high protein and low carb drink when you don’t have time for breakfast.

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons of Vanilla protein powder
  • 4 or 5 whole cored strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons Greek non-fat Yogurt
  • 6 or 7 Ice cubes

Pour milk in with the other ingredients into a blender and mix for about 45 seconds.
