Scallops with Sage and Bacon
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound lean boneless pork
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teasopoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsly ground black pepper
- 40 medium sea scallops
- 5 slices of bacon
- 20 6in. skewers (soaked)
- 1 bunch of fresh sage
