Scallops with Sage and Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound lean boneless pork
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 teasopoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsly ground black pepper
  • 40 medium sea scallops
  • 5 slices of bacon
  • 20 6in. skewers (soaked)
  • 1 bunch of fresh sage
